The parent organisation Haflinger-Pentagon Sàrl-GmbH intends to sell GmbH shares to buyers subject to approval.

➡ We are preparing a share register to be entered in the Commercial Register.

➡ The company intends to establish branches abroad once the GmbH’s activities have been approved.

➡ A priority for foreign branches is the establishment of a breed association comprising the following sections: AAG – Stud – Taux and AAP – private stallion owners who can demonstrate a closed stud book with no crossbreeding with other breeds in the pedigree, dating back to 1920.

➡ The establishment of branches abroad is based on the fact that purebred Haflinger horse breeding is practised only in the country of origin, North Tyrol, by the Haflinger Horse Breeding Association in Ebbs.

➡ The expansion of purebred Haflinger breeding, specifically the pure-bred, pure-bred sections: Txx – Tha requires the primary commitment to adopt pure breeding, such as the HPT in Ebbs, as a stud farm breeding method under the Haflinger Horse Breeding Association of Tyrol, with the aim of expanding the genetic diversity of pure breeding and creating mutual compatibility.

➡ As Switzerland is not an EU member state, we are reliant on the support of the breeding organisations following the HPT breeding programme model.
